that the two companies have
formed a strategic alliance to supply quality high-end memory solutions
as well as unparalled support to the European market. This combined
effort to expand on their current relationship will help strengthen
each company's position in the worldwide memory products market.
Gigaram's strengths in design, manufacturing and testing of
high-end memory solutions are expected to further strengthen
the business relationships that Memory Corp. has developed throughout
Europe. Memory Corp. brings a strong knowledge of customers'
needs and a history of excellent relationships with key OEM's
as well as after market customers.
