Production Capability
Gigaram utilizes the use of four full-scale assembly lines consisting of ten SMT machines. Our equipment uses precise process controls, which enables us to produce high quality products with consistent high first-pass yields and low rework rates. The high performance, state-of-the-art SMT equipment gives us the ability to run three full time shifts that produces approximately 20,000 finished and tested modules per day. Taking into consideration the vast amount of modules Gigaram can produce in a single day, the majority of our customers enjoy same day shipping even with large volume orders. All manufacturing is done in a controlled ESD environment.  Every component used in the assembly of Gigaram products has been thoroughly qualified and meets or exceeds the OEM's design specifications. All of our high performance upgrade products are guaranteed to meet all OEM specifications for form, fit and function.
